CK Ball 2010 Tickets Application Form
Preparations are already being made for The CK Ball 2010. The Ball will be held, once again, at The Alton Towers Hotel on Saturday 13th November 2010. Due to the huge demand for tickets this year, the Trust has agreed that for those who wish to attend the 2010 Ball it will be necessary to complete and return a Ball ticket application form. A ‘first refusal’ system will be in place to all those who attended this years Ball.
If you wish to attend The CK Ball 2010, please complete the online application form. Completed forms will need to be received by the Trust by 31st January 2010.
A £20 per person deposit will be required to secure tickets by 30th April 2010.
