The Stan Bowley Cyberknife Trust has recently launched The CK Lottery. The aim of the lottery is to help raise funds for the Trust, so that a Cyberknife system can be purchased for the Northwest of England.
Joining the Lottery is easy; for just £2 per month you can have the chance of winning the monthly jackpot. The prize money will vary each month depending on the money raised by the lottery. The 1st prize winner will receive a prize of 30% of the money raised for that month, with 2nd and 3rd prizes receiving 15% and 5% of the monthly funds respectively.

Completed forms need to be returned to:

You will also need to download and complete the Bank Mandate form and return this to your bank.
Once you have joined the lottery, you will be issued with a ‘unique number’; this number will be entered into the draw each month for a chance at winning a prize.
